How to Wear a Tulle Tunic
Tunics are extremely versatile and can be worn with pretty much anything. Tulle especially, is a very lightweight fabric and looks very delicate so it is very often seen as an accent in fancy garments like evening wear. Originated from ancient Greece and Rome, this simple design at the time has been transformed through time by different designers to make it more modern.
A black tulle tunic like this is are best worn over a very simple black bra or bralette in the summer, but in the colder months, it looks great worn over a tight-fitted tank top and maybe even layered with an over-sized jacket. The transparent, single-layered tulle looks best over something close-fitting to show the contours of your body. With the relaxed fit of the garment, you don’t want to wear any thick material under as that will add unneeded volume to your upper body.
This tulle tunic has side splits with a high to low hem and a scoop neckline so it looks more sporty than dressy and is paired best with leggings, skinny jeans or form-fitting pants. It is important when styling this, to make sure none of the parts of the top you wear underneath stick out from under the sheer tunic or it will look a bit messy.
